Q: Can you help us move our existing telephone system?

A: Yes, we can assist with moving your existing system to your new office. We can also provide any telephone or computer cabling that you may need at the new office.

Q: Can you help us add another incoming telephone line to our business?

A: Yes, we have relationships with many of the dial-tone providers operating within Central Indiana. We can interact with your existing dial-tone provider and take that task off your to-do list and put it on ours. We can also discuss how you are using your existing telephone lines and potentially recommend a different product or provider that better meets your needs.

Q: Can you help us replace our existing Internet connection that is down way to frequently?

A: Yes, we are partnered with several Internet service providers. We can generally provide multiple proposals to allow you to select the best package with the best price.

Q: We are looking for a new telephone system. Can you help us?

A: Yes, we sell a variety of business telephone systems to sit your needs. We can come out and talk about your company and your business needs and based upon what we uncover, recommend a system that truly suits your needs. As you can imagine, if we only sold one system, our recommendation would always be the same.

Q: We know we should replace our aging telephone system, but we don’t know what is out there. Can you help?

A: This is our favorite question. We love to come out and educate people about what technologies are available to them today. Things are changing very quickly in telecom today. Let us educate you about the two main options available as it relates specifically to your telephone system.

Q: I keep hearing about Voice over IP (VoIP). What can you tell me about it?

A: Voice over IP is such a broad term that can mean many different things as it relates to telecommunications. You can take advantage of VoIP telephone lines, a VoIP telephone system or VoIP telephones themselves. Call us today to talk specifically about how VoIP can have a positive impact on your business.

Q: Can you explain the difference between a traditional telephone system and a cloud-based system?

A: Traditional telephone systems reside on your premise, interact with tradition means of dial-tone delivery, come to you at a fixed cost and require owner provided maintenance and potentially technician service. Cloud-based systems consist of telephones installed at your premise that operate off of equipment available on the cloud (Internet). Cloud-based systems do not require incoming telephone lines, require no capital expenditure, any needed maintenance or ongoing technician service is provided at no cost to the owner. Both options have their benefits and drawbacks. It is best to contact a local provider to discuss how each system can benefit your business. Please don’t assume that a national provider is your best option. This is far from the truth.

Q: I hear that I can use my cell phone in conjunction with my office telephone. Is this true?

A: Yes, more and more manufacturers are offering apps that can be installed on your cell phone to allow your cell phone to interact with your business telephone system. Calls can be forwarded to your cell phone, placed on hold and transferred to other extensions. Let us show you how we can make it easier to stay in touch with your customers.

Q: Can you assist us with security cameras that we can monitor remotely?

A: Yes, we can provide a wide variety of security cameras to suit your need. Some of these cameras are equipped with a app that you can use to view what is being recorded remotely. No need for security cameras is too small to discuss.

Q: My overhead paging system has stopped working. Can you help?

A: We have installed and serviced many paging systems over the years. While diagnosing a paging problem can be difficult, there is a very logical series of steps we can take to identify and remedy the problem whether your paging system is an amplified or a self-amplified system.

Q: I need some addition telephone and computer cables installed at my business. Can you help with this?

A: Yes, we can install additional telephone or computer cables within your business. Whether you need Category 5E, Category 6, Level 7, we can install whatever you need to keep your network running smoothly.

Q: I just switched my telephone/Internet service from Company A to Company B. Now company B is saying I need my telephone system vendor out to assist with this transition. Can your company help with that?

A: Yes, we can assist you with transitioning from your telephone and/or Internet service from Company A to Company B. This is a very easy switch that we do at least once a week. Let us help.
